The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms, though they could be a bit bigger. The hot tub outside is a nice touch, and the overall comfort is great. The complimentary breakfast might not be to everyone's taste, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness make up for it. The location is excellent for enjoying the vibrant Kemptown area and the seafront, but it's a bit of a walk from Brighton Station.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, just a short 5-minute walk from the pier. While it's great for the seafront access and the vibrant Kemptown area, it's a bit far from Brighton Station, taking about 20 minutes.

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the vibrant Brighton town center, situated in the eclectic Kemptown area. The service was full of charm and hospitality, with helpful staff guiding us to local attractions. The dining options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, although the view from the underground rooms with single beds left something to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The underground rooms with windows facing the street were small for the price paid, but easily cooled down when windows were opened. The view was dull.
Service

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, offering room service, housekeeping, and a nice welcome drink. A courtesy call on the day of my stay was a nice touch, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Brighton, with a short walk to Central Brighton for shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, the gay-friendly area of Brighton added to the inclusive atmosphere.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was worth it, offering a huge selection and accommodating non-dairy preferences. The cooked-to-order meals were delightful, although dining in the underground rooms with limited views may not provide the best atmosphere.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel's facilities were modern and convenient, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. However, the underground rooms may lack the ambiance expected for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a themed naming system, which was a unique touch. Although it was a little warm initially, opening the windows easily solved that. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, overlooking the pier and sea, and very close to Brighton's attractions. The dining experience offered plenty of choices, though the pastries were better on the second day. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and stylish, with a lovely jacuzzi bath, complimentary water, tea, and coffee. It was exceptionally clean and provided a warm, comfortable feel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even offering us free breakfast due to a minor inconvenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the pier and various attractions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with well-presented dishes and adherence to safety measures. While the facilities were great overall, the only area for improvement was the dining options.

Location

The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the pier and close to restaurants, the city center, and clubs. Despite being in an old building, the friendly atmosphere made up for any minor inconveniences like creaky floors and noisy pipes.

The dining experience was beyond my expectations, with delicious food individually wrapped for safety. The presentation was superb, and the staff made us feel welcome. However, the only area that could be improved was the variety of options available.
